Open to all employees and covering all positions, this National Day-themed team building activity gathered staff from front-line posts, administrative departments and sales teams to participate jointly. In the early morning, all employees assembled on time in high spirits and good order, kicking off the team building journey with a vigorous attitude. Centering on the core themes of “unity and collaboration, cohesion and forging ahead”, the activity adopted a series of targeted and interesting outward development projects to comprehensively test the tacit understanding, coordination and cohesion of the team, allowing all participants to perceive the power of teamwork and practice the pragmatic spirit of Dayang through immersive experience.
The activity kicked off with fun ice-breaking games.
