After the new combined warehouse was put into use, the group’s overall storage capacity has been significantly expanded, achieving a dual improvement in pipe inventory capacity and product category reserve capabilities. On one hand, it enables centralized storage and management of large quantities of steel pipe products in various specifications, optimizes the inventory structure, and maintains sufficient standing spot inventory to effectively handle large-batch centralized procurement orders. On the other hand, the new warehouse is equipped with standardized warehousing management processes, including zoned classification, detailed management of inbound and outbound ledgers, which improves the efficiency of cargo picking, counting, and loading, shortens order delivery cycles, and effectively ensures the fulfillment capability for urgent and large orders, comprehensively strengthening the group’s supply security capabilities from the warehousing end.
