The client’s group stepped onto the workshop observation gallery, overlooking the entire modern production workshop. Inside the spacious and orderly large-scale plant, complete sets of automated rolling, heat treatment, and flaw detection equipment were operating in an orderly manner. Lifting equipment and intelligent production lines were performing their respective duties, fully presenting the complete production chain from raw material warehousing, steel pipe forming, heat treatment and quenching/tempering, and non-destructive testing to finished product anti-corrosion and ex-warehousing. From the screening and control of raw material quality to the multi-process inspections during production, and finally to the layers of non-destructive testing before leaving the factory, every process strictly follows national standards and API international industry standards. During the visit, the client paused to observe the operation status of the equipment and asked detailed questions about production processes, production capacity scale, material selection, and the ability to guarantee the delivery of export orders.
Accompanied by our person in charge, we gave the client a systematic introduction to our company’s development layout, core product lines, and technical iteration achievements in light of the actual on-site production situation. At the same time, we conducted detailed and pragmatic two-way communication regarding the client’s concerns, including special working condition requirements for overseas projects, product technical parameters, delivery cycles, export packaging solutions, and after-sales technical support.
