Recently, the Foreign Trade Department of KEHUAN Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd. organized all employees to carry out a collective external learning activity. With the theme of “Deepening Core Processes and Empowering Foreign Trade Services”, the team successively visited the workshops of two-high finishing mill, pipe shrinking machine and cold rolling mill. They systematically learned the complete manufacturing processes of precision tubes and cold-rolled tubes, and witnessed the practical application of pipe shrinking technology on site, laying a solid technical foundation for better connecting the international market and serving global customers in the future.
During the learning process, the employees of the Foreign Trade Department remained focused throughout and took the initiative to consult the technical backbones of the workshops. In the two-high finishing mill workshop, everyone observed the operation principle of the two-high finishing mill at close range and learned in detail the key points of controlling dimensional accuracy and surface quality during the forming process of precision tubes; in the cold rolling mill workshop, the technical backbones explained the whole process of cold-rolled tubes from raw material pretreatment, rolling processing to finished product inspection in detail, enabling employees to clearly grasp the formation logic of the high strength and high precision characteristics of cold-rolled tubes; in the pipe shrinking machine workshop, through on-site observation of the practical demonstration of pipe shrinking equipment, employees intuitively witnessed the application value of pipe shrinking technology in scenarios such as pipe connection and size adaptation, and deeply understood its important significance for improving pipe adaptability and reducing construction costs.
The person in charge of the Foreign Trade Department said: “As a bridge connecting the company and the international market, the foreign trade team should not only be proficient in business processes, but also deeply understand the technological advantages of core products.
